File Manager
Determine what a File Manager really is and how it is different from its pc counterpart.
A File Manager tool is present in all hosting Control Panels. As the name shows, it's used to manage the files inside an account and all File Managers support a variety of primary capabilities - browsing, moving, copying and deleting files. A number of Control Panels could offer you more complex capabilities also - changing file and folder permissions or creating and unpacking archives. Though files could be uploaded and downloaded via an FTP client, the File Manager is employed far more often, so the easier to use it is, the easier it shall be for you to handle your presence online altogether. The opposite is also true - a File Manager that's difficult to use could make it more annoying and difficult for you to manage your site content, particularly if you do not have previous experience.
